By accessing or using the website https://webagency.top/luleva (the “Site”), placing an order, or engaging with Luleva’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Site or purchasing our products.

1. Introduction

Luleva (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a private-label e-commerce brand offering customizable apparel (T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies), jewelry, leather goods, and—coming soon—personal care, wellness, and specialty beverage products. These Terms govern your use of our Site and purchases made through it.

2. Account Registration

To place orders or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Product Information & Customization

Our products—especially apparel and jewelry—may be customized per your selections (e.g., design, color, size, engraving). While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, colors, and images, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or printing processes. Customized or personalized items are made to order and may be subject to specific return policies (see Section 6).

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed. We accept major credit cards and secure payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). You warrant that all payment information is lawful, valid, and authorized by you.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

Once an order is placed, it is processed by our print-on-demand and jewelry manufacturing partners. Production lead time for most items is 1–3 business days, followed by shipping (see Shipping Policy for details). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors, fraud, or inventory issues.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of many of our products, returns or exchanges are only accepted for:

Defective or damaged items
Incorrect items shipped

Non-customized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Customized/personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry, printed designs) are final sale unless defective. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@luleva.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, designs, text, graphics, and product images—is the property of Luleva or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Note: Customers retain rights to their own uploaded designs but grant Luleva a limited license to produce and ship the item.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luleva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or purchases is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., social media, payment gateways). We do not control these sites and disclaim responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, where our business is registered (30 N Gould St Ste 36853, Sheridan, WY 82801).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after revisions constitutes acceptance.
